Ella’s fitness philosophy is all about helping people discover their inner-strength and finding their niche.

“Personally, I have found great strength and happiness through martial arts and other forms of training. I have become quite passionate about sharing that with others.”

Ella is currently living with a chronic illness, “I have also come to realise just how important exercise can be when it comes to managing chronic pain, and have made it my mission to learn how to work around such issues and to be able to help as many people as possible push through and achieve all of their goals."
