BUFF CLUB

About

Buff Club @ Amplify Fitness is a dedicated group for those in the LGBTIQ+ community who want to come along in a safe, welcoming and beginner friendly environment and learn about strength training

  • Stepping into a gym can be intimidating for anyone but at Buff Club there is a space where you always belong
  • Strength training is so important for all bodies. It’s not just about being buff. Buff club will increase your buffness but it’s even more a huge boost for physiological and mental health
  • Strength based programs can be daunting, but all our sessions are designed for beginners all the way up to advanced lifters. No experience necessary!

MORE INFO

Amplify is a partner with Working it Out and listed on Signpost.org.au. We are also a member of Welcome Here. Being welcoming to all members of the community is so important to us and our partnership with such respected organisations in the LGBTIQ+ community is a fantastic way to acknowlege this commitment.

Buff Club is a safe place for anybody in or around this community to have a dedicated place to work on strength and resistance training. There is quite a community growing around Buff Club and it’s a fantastic group to be involved with. If you are interested in coming along to try, check out the information below for details.

There’s also a Facebook group you can join to see what it’s all about and I will link this here: Buff Club Facebook Group
