What is it?
A business bootcamp is a functional exercise and team building session run by an expert trainer either at your workplace or the Amplify gym in Moonah. We focus on functional movements, resistance and high intensity exercise to improve mobility, dexterity, strength and endurance. Our trainers are experts at working with people at all levels so don’t worry if you’ve never done this before, you’re a bunch of triathletes or you have injuries, we have a program we can cater specifically to what you need.
Why is it important?
- Boost your immune system, reduce sick days – A study showed that during cold season those engaging in exercise were able to reduce the amount of time being sick by 43%!
- Improve your physical and mental health and be even more productive – Another study shows that workers who took time out of their work day to participate in exercise maintained and often exceeded the levels of production of workers who didn’t
- Group exercise has a unique way of building bonds between people as you can see here. You don’t need a fancy study to know that tighter knit teams are going to be more happy and productive, but here is one anyway
How long does it take?
A business bootcamp session will run for 45 minutes which includes a proper activation period, the workout itself and a short recap and cooldown at the end. This is plenty of time to achieve all the required states in the body to engage the benefits listed above. We recommend three sessions a week is the optimal number but even doing one session will have a big benefit to your workplace!
How much does it cost?
- $20 per person capped at $160 per session (min. 4 people)

Getting started is easy, simply get in touch via phone or email and we will come to your workplace and chat with you to make sure it’s going to be a success and it’s the right fit. After that we book in a time and all you have to do is show up and start feeling the benefits.
